Cajun Kitchen is the new concept for Co’’m Vietnamese Grill Space. This restaurant will provide a different take on Cajun and Louisiana-inspired cuisine, with dishes like gumbo, crab cakes, po boys, jambalaya and more. The menu at this location will also include an array of vegetarian options including vegetarian jambalaya, tofu po boy sandwiches and vegan red beans & rice.

Co’m Vietnamese Grill is a family-owned restaurant that has been serving French, Chinese, and Thailand-inspired fare in the heart of Houston for 15 years. The restaurant will be closing its doors at the end of December to open up as Cajun Kitchen in January 2018.
The new concept, which will feature Cajun dishes such as crawfish étouffée and gumbo, will have an entirely different vibe from Co’m Vietnamese Grill’s current vibe with live music on Thursdays and Fridays.

Cajun Kitchen also plans to maintain Co’M’s signature dish: Banh Mi (Vietnamese sandwich).
